Land Arrangements The cost of the seminar is 950 Euros (approximately $1250) per person, and includes a room with a bath at the Château des Sablons, hotel service charges and taxes, private motorcoach, local guides, meals as shown in the schedule, group transfers, all gratuities, full-time English speaking escort, and a designated guest lecturer. The cost for a guest to share a room with a seminar participant is 650 Euros (approximately $855) per person. This seminar is limited to 12 people. A minimum of six participants will be necessary for the program to take place. Additional Nights Before or After the Program Additional nights before or after the program can be arranged at the Château des Sablons at a specially discounted rate. For further information, please inquire at 1-800-537-5408, Ext. 2 for Historic Rentals. Air Fare and Travel to the Loire To be arranged and paid separately by participant. Registration A 20% deposit to be paid by check, Mastercard, or Visa. The remainder is due by April 1st, 2012. Please note that all transactions will be processed in US Dollars. Price Exclusions Price excludes International air fare, all items of a personal nature, passport fees, meals not shown in itinerary, and the cost of travel insurance. Refunds and Cancellations Full refunds, less the 20% deposit, will be made prior to April 1st, 2012. After April 1st, 2012 no refunds will be made unless a substitute participant is obtained. Refunds only pertain to the cost of the program, and do not include air fare or any other travel costs. Insurance Travel insurance is highly recommended, and is available through your travel agent or Travel Guard International at travelguard.com. Activity/Fitness Level Participants should be able to walk at a strolling pace for at least one mile without difficulty, and be able to use stairs to participate fully in the program. While we make every effort to accommodate individual needs, some sites may not be easily accessible.
